It was tough to leave the Codester back home. One of these days he'll get a chance to go on an adventure with us. This time around, he had to stay home.
We got to Montana and got to visit with the hubby's grandparents. Of course, the newest addition to thier family found her little way into my lap and heart. (This is a rare moment of her not being in motion, not using her needle puppy teeth.)
Bonus vacay pic: I know these two aren't pups, but they're just so cute! My nephew and the hubs were making a super car. :)
Meet Emmet and Emmet (no relation). Black and white Emmet was the first, and when brown and white Emmet came along, my mother-in-law loved the name and decided it was a good fit as well. Both are quite silly creatures.
There's a tradition in our trips to Montana. The hubby's grandfather has a group of buddies that get together to play poker. The only times I've ever played have been around this table. I have the ultimate poker face. It's an honest "do these cards make something?" face. It pays out pretty well for me!
After a week of galavanting around in the Big Sky State, it was time to come home. Someone was quite happy to see his favorite humans come back.
